Refund policy

Reevaa-(www.Reevaa.in) Return and Exchange Policy offers you the option to exchange items purchased on Reevaa within 7 days of receipt in case, there is a manufacturing defect in the products. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size (measurement) or receipt of a defective item, you will need to courier the product back to us.

REEVAA does not provide Cancellation and Return Policy.

We have exchange policy in certain circumstances :

1- Wrong product delivered.

2- If the Product received is damaged.

You can claim it by sharing an opening video ( without cuts & pause ) on our given email to claim damage item delievered.

Note-Refund can only be initiated when the product delivery time exceeds 30 working days(in any rare case). Please reach out to us at reevaa.in@gmail.com with your order number.
